We prefer to use non goverment addresses for emails as some government departments mark our quote emails as spam or block them.

We provide no replacements in the event of missing parcel after it has been signed for at military base checkpoints as we cannot track parcels. Due to access / delivery issues with couriers at defence addresses you're accepting any additional surcharges due to returned items (when address cannot be found or redelivery required) will be billed to you accordingly. Couriers will not ship to a PO Box, locked bag, or parcel locker address (must be commercial / residential address).
