It is a customer responsiblity to check all details on the produciton artwork. Please check all spelling, colours, and alightment of all design elements are correct. Any changes requested to the design by you after we have commenced manucaturing will inccur additional costs.

The only shipping method we use for these heavy packages is couriers. A courier will not ship to a PO Box or parcel locker addresses, must be a commercial / residential shipping address only.

We will ship to a military / government address on request. However we provide no free replacements for missing parcels shipped to military / goverment facilities as we have no tracking visibiliy past security checkpoins. Any packages that are misplaced after military / goverment facitlity checkpoint transfer will be replaced at your cost.

If a courier cannot find a military / goverment facility address, or is turned away by security staff at security checkpoints, we are charged a redlivery / returned to sender package fee by the courier. By requesting shipping to this type of address your accepting any redlivery or return to sender charges billed to us will be payable by you.

All our custom coin products require payment upfront in full before we commence manufacturing. Payment can be made via electronic bank transfer, or credit card payment (1.7% surcharge applied for all Australian credit card payments, and 3.5% for all International credit card payments).
